Take one serving (15g) of Pre-Workout, mixed with 150-250ml of water approx. 15 mins before training. Once tolerance has been assessed and if you are looking for an additional boost, take an additional serving prior to training. DO NOT EXCEED TWO SERVINGS PER DAY.
