Low Carb Choc Chip Protein Cookies

Looking for a delicious low carb snack? Well, thanks to Champion Nutrition, we have the recipe for these delicious Low Carb Choc Chip Protein Cookies. Using either fast release protein or slow release protein that can be a suitable snack any time of the day.

Recipe:

2 Scoops 100% Whey Protein Isolate - Vanilla or 100% Casein - Vanilla 

6 Tbsp Coconut Flour

½ tsp Vanilla Essence / Extract

1 Egg

½ tsp Baking Powder

60g Butter

Pinch of Salt

1-2 tbsp Stevia / Splenda / Natvia

60g Dark Chocolate Chips


Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 180c

2. Whisk all wet ingredients in a bowl

3. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Once mixed, add dry ingredients to wet ingredients to form dough

4. Fold in Choc Chips

5. Place 6 rounded balls onto baking tray, press each ball down slightly

6. Bake for 8-10 mins until golden brown
